As part of the development of its catering service, the establishment is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join its culinary team.
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Pastry Chef will be responsible for:
Designing, preparing, and plating refined desserts according to 5★ standards
Creating new recipes and contributing to the restaurant's menu and banquets
Ensuring the quality, freshness, and presentation of products
Supervising and training the pastry team (commis, apprentices)
Managing orders, inventory, and production costs
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Collaborating with other culinary departments for special events and buffets
Diploma in pastry, cooking, or culinary arts
Proven experience of at least 5 years in high-end hotels or restaurants
Mastery of modern pastry and presentation techniques
Creative, meticulous, and passionate
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and high standards
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
