Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Food and Beverage Director, the Maître d'Hôtel will be responsible for:

• Supervise table service and ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Ensure coordination between the kitchen and dining room staff

• Train, motivate, and supervise waiting staff teams

• Maintain the quality, hygiene, and presentation standards befitting a 5★ hotel

• Participate in the management of reservations, setup, and service execution

• Manage unforeseen situations and ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Actively contribute to the high-end image of the Mirador Palace Hotel

Desired Profile

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in luxury hospitality

• Excellent presentation and a strong sense of service

• Team management and communication skills

• Proficiency in French (English desirable)

• Initiative, thoroughness, and discretion

• Knowledge of HACCP standards and high-end service etiquette
