About the Establishment

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to General Management, the Food and Beverage Director will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all F&B outlets (main restaurant, room service, bar/lounge, banquets, etc.)

• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction according to 5★ establishment standards

• Leading the F teams (chefs, servers, bartenders, etc.) and ensuring their continuous training

• Developing and optimizing the department's budgets, costs, and margins

• Actively participating in the design of menus and beverage lists in collaboration with the Executive Chef

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and presentation standards

• Organizing events, receptions, and banquets with a keen eye for detail and protocol

• Contributing to the commercial strategy and the high-end image of the Mirador Palace Hotel

Candidate Profile

• Degree in hotel management, food and beverage, or equivalent

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in a 4★ or 5★ establishment

• Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of international service standards

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, discretion, and team spirit

• Proficiency in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
